These terms govern your use of b2b.hvtechnologies.app (the "Platform"), operated by HV Technologies, RTB 111, Royal Tower Basement, Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh - 201014, India (GSTIN 09BHLPV3867M1Z8). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
1. Accounts
You sign in with Google or a one-time email code and complete a business profile before your first purchase. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details accurate.
2. What we sell
- Business contact data ("Leads") compiled from publicly available business information, sold as downloadable files or against prepaid credits.
- Marketplace listings for suppliers and manufacturers, and introductions between buyers and suppliers.
- Services (WhatsApp outreach, AI calling, CRM) are quoted separately and governed by a separate agreement.
3. Licence to use data
Purchased data is licensed to you, non-exclusively, for your own business outreach. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share the files with third parties. Files may contain tracing markers to detect resale.
4. Your responsibilities
You must comply with all applicable laws when contacting businesses, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, TRAI / DND rules for calls and SMS, WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, and anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where they apply. 5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before GST. Indian buyers are charged 18% GST (CGST + SGST for Uttar Pradesh, IGST for other states). International orders are billed as export of services. Payments are processed by Razorpay or PayU. Minimum order: Rs 499 or USD 25.
6. Accuracy
We verify data and show a last-verified date on every row, but businesses change. We do not guarantee that every contact is current, reachable or interested.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Digital data sales are final once delivered.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, attempt to scrape the Platform, or misuse data.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
