Digital data: all sales are final
Lead files and credit packs are digital products delivered instantly. Because data cannot be returned once it has been delivered or viewed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, replacements or cancellations once an order is delivered.
When we do refund
- Failed payments: if money was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically by the payment gateway, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- Duplicate payments: if you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate in full.
- Non-delivery: if we cannot deliver a paid order, we refund it in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay or PayU within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

You can see live counts, field coverage and a masked sample for every list before paying, so you know what you are getting.
Services
Outreach and software services are quoted and contracted separately; their terms are in the service agreement.
