1. Who we are
HV Technologies, RTB 111, Royal Tower Basement, Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh - 201014, India, is the data fiduciary / controller for this Platform. Contact: info@hvtechnologies.app.
2. Data about our customers
- Account: name, email, Google profile picture (if you use Google sign-in).
- Business profile: company, WhatsApp number, country, city, business type, GSTIN, use case and target markets.
- Orders and payments: order details, invoices, and payment references from Razorpay / PayU. We never store card or bank details.
- Usage: pages viewed, filters used and download history, to run and secure the service.
We use it to provide the service, issue GST invoices, send order notifications by email and WhatsApp, prevent fraud, and recommend relevant data. We may record your signup and orders in our own CRM. We do not sell customer data.
3. Business listing data in our catalog
The catalog contains business contact information that businesses have made public (for example on business listings, websites and public social profiles). It is B2B data only. Any business or person can ask us to remove a record on the Data Removal page; removed records go on a suppression list applied to every future export.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay and PayU (payments), and email / WhatsApp providers for notifications, and when required by law.
5. Retention
Account and order data is kept while your account is active and as long as tax law requires (at least 8 years for invoices). Download files expire after 7 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@hvtechnologies.app. You can also raise a grievance with our grievance officer at the same address; we respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and full lead records are never sent to the browser before purchase.
